Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. To start a return, contact us by email before sending any item back.

Return Condition

Items must be unused or gently inspected, clean, and returned with included accessories, manuals, and packaging when applicable. Items damaged by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, downloadable items, and products that cannot be safely resold for hygiene or safety reasons may not be returnable unless required by law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
